Annual Dinner 2021

The Annual Dinner is booked for Saturday 20th November 2021 at the Royal Victoria Hotel in Llanberis. The dinner is currently fully booked. The list of attendees can be found at this hyperlink.

Rooms

The Royal Victoria have agreed to reserve 20 rooms for the Annual Dinner and reduced the price of single occupancy. They are priced at £110 for double occupancy and £59 for single occupancy. These rooms will be held until a month before the event (if they have not been booked by us by then) and must be booked directly with the hotel reception. The booking reference for the dinner is #66112. The hotel requires a debit/credit card to secure the room booking. 

Alternatively, rooms may be booked through the hotel website or with an online booking site, currently for the same price. Rooms can be cancelled up to 2pm on the day before arrival but please check this when you book. 

There are less expensive rooms available in the Coach House at the hotel but they are not available for group bookings – you will need to book independently with the hotel or an online booking site.

Dinner Booking

Under current Welsh Government restrictions a maximum of 70 people are allowed to attend indoor events so it may be the case that not everyone who has expressed an interest in attending the dinner will be able to do so. The number of people allowed in the bar at the front of the hotel is very restricted as social distancing and seating rules still apply in Wales. However,  we have exclusive use of the lounge bar and the basement bar. 

The 70 places will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis upon payment of the full amount.

Price per person £30.15 

  • (£28 for the meal + £2.15 room hire for after dinner entertainment). 
  • £33.65 if you opt for the lamb.

Booking a hotel room does not guarantee your place at the dinner. If we are over-subscribed, places will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis based on when you pay for the meal. We will keep a waiting list of those who cannot initially attend. Please be aware that the Welsh Government could increase or decrease the maximum number at any time. Should the dinner be cancelled because of Covid or the maximum number reduced, all monies paid will be refunded.
