    THIS IS THE LINK to the booking form for the dinner.

    The cost is £28.95 per person which can only be paid by bank transfer to the Mynydd account. If your bank transfer is to cover more than just your own meal or if the money for your meal might be coming out of an account that’s not got your name on it, please make sure you note that on the booking e-form where it asks you to.

    As you probably know we’re at the Mercure Albrighton Hall, Ellesmere Rd, Albrighton, Shrewsbury SY4 3AG.

    Rooms can be booked for £110 per double room. This is a special rate and they have agreed to also let us use that rate for the Friday night if you want to make a full weekend.

    I spoke with the hotel to check the parmesan in the veggie option is actually Vegetarian Italian Hard Cheese (they e-mailed me a picture of the purchase order).

    Booking rooms is direct with the hotel. Try 01939 291 718. If you call out of 9-3 M-F then you can leave a message with your details and they will call you back to take payment.
