As if the prospect of good weather wasn’t enough to encourage you on your way down to North Wales, there is now an additional culinary magnet – Saturday night wood-fired pizza!

I have emailed Jones’ Pizza to let them know we’re coming and have said I’ll give him numbers on Friday when I arrive. If you could post your order below that would be brill – they ask for advance notice for groups so that they have all the ingredients to hand.

Garlic Bread – freshly made £4

Four cheese & Balsamic Glaze £7.50
Basil-pesto, mushrooms & pine nuts (NO tomato) £8
Baked Ham, Chorizo & Pepperoni £8

Turns out the chap who runs Jones’ pizza is expecting a child this week so may not be there this weekend! He said he will confirm on Friday so probably best not to try a organise a group order – never mind!
