    While everyone else has been using the baking hot summer weather to complete their Go4Its the patisserie challenge has been on hold. Finally there is a forecast for Saturday lunchtime of overnight dry weather and a crisp maximum of 12 degrees. Sounds like perfect baking weather for grit. Final timings to be agreed with Kirstin but my plan is for lunch followed by a four course pudding.

    How to see some of you there.

    Excellent!The perfect antidote to the post-bake off blues. What time do we roll out the picnic blanket?
