Okay, so the biblical is coming but the weather man says by sunday afternoon it’ll be dandy (well at least a bit better) so bring a flask and a woolly hat too! There’ll be a bit of hanging about (you know the score, we’re making this up as we go along), but a whole load of fun too. There’ll be jazz hands galore and with your help we can make something beautiful (although silly may be more appropriate).

Would love to join you but I am planting trees !
It would be great if anyone would like to come and plant a tree or two in New Mills before going to the Torrs. Any time after 10am
We are planting around the Derby Rd Playing fields which you can find if you turn left off the Hayfield Rd just after the Fire Station into High Hill Rd, continue straight on at the mini roundabout then first right into Portland Rd. The playing fields are at the end.
