We are going to San Cassiano, Alta Badia, staying at Camping Sass which is situated in the valley between the Fanes-Sennes-Prags and Puez-Geisler National Parks.

The area offers a huge selection of climbing, mountaineering, Via Ferata, walking and biking routes with a good network of huts (and the odd helpful ski lift). Check it out on this site

We strongly recommend you book your pitch as soon as possible using the link below; all the campsites are filling up and we’d hate you to miss out.

We have really missed our trip to the European mountains over the last couple of years and can’t wait for us to be back there. We’ve ordered the guides, booked the weather and packed the BBQ – see you there.

Well done, Sue and Abi. Liz and I have booked on the campsite from 18th-27th July.

So we’re a week in, one peak and a via Ferrara in Mont Dore done and Jo’s tested positive for Covid. Seems like it’s rife here. We’re isolating (in a campervan?) and if we test clear we’ll see you in Italy. Ciao Jo & Julian

Very sorry to hear that. We hope you will test negative in time to enjoy the rest of the holiday
