    From The Butlins about Friday.
    Dear All,
Here is some final information about the event on Friday. We hope you are still able to come and that we have a chance to meet during the event.
The event will take place at Bamford Institute, starting at 14.00. Doors will be open from 13.45. If you arrive earlier the pub (Anglers Rest) is literally just across the road and so is the easiest place to wait. You can also get lunch there, if you wish. The Anglers’ car park is also the easiest place to leave a car. Please be careful crossing the road to the Institute because visibility is poor.
We are using the main meeting room at the Institute, which is upstairs.
We expect 80-90 people so it will be quite full, but it is a well-ventilated room. The more formal part of the proceedings should be finished by 15.00 and there will then be some refreshments and a chance to chat. It will also be possible to go back to the pub, which has some outside seating, if you are concerned about the crowd at the Institute.
You are, of course, welcome to wear a mask if you wish.
Please dress however you feel comfortable. This will not be a formal event.
