Hi Dan I’m getting the feeling that the bivouacs will remain uncoupled this time Is it fair to say that if no one notifies say by 09Hr tomorrow Saturday that it’s not going to happen ??
I’m keen to go but MWIS is saying a damp day – night and -day last weekend was so much better! So unless others are planning on going and say so by 9 I’m not
It’s the Ladow curse : Again
Will add this to forum but I won’t do Facebook so maybe you or someone will retweet

Ok will raise head,Can I propose Laddow rocks as venue?
    Advantages being
    It’s Close to me 😀
    A cave if it’s raining
    A crag if it’s sunny
    Wilderness if it’s icy
A warming sunrise in the morning (not guaranteed)
    A drinkable water source guaranteed.
Accessible from north south and west partway from West on bicycle
    Anyone?

Will bring saw, axe, and ear plugs.
Also if room in hut? (van off road) I will bring son; and son of son. That would be, 3 for hut and food, any type.

I am planning to turn up this weekend.
Fishes campsite will not accept a booking, “saying no availability” for tent, also has a surcharge is arriving after 8 pm
The National Trust site looks like it has availability, but is anybody staying there ?
    ( from the club )
I’m still working in Barrow so could drive up early on Saturday morning, and try to find a tent pitch on Saturday night

I have suggested Northumberland but travelling is off the menu at the moment so my selfish proposal because it’s close to me, would be a night at Laddow Rocks, on the Pennine Way and can be busy. Friday evening it would be quiet East aspect so any early morning climbing could be in the sunshine ?(if) good reliable stream /spring for water close by.
Another [local] option could be Wimbley, chew valley. Nothing like as dark as Laddow, the lights of Ringway and Manchester, along with the aircraft reminding you, you could be in the south of France instead of wet and cold. it has a litany of boulders on the walk up or to bivvy by.. North facing so only when bringing up second would you see the sunshine —- on your back
If walking between the two wilderness gully is passed about the only worthwhile drainage but by then it will be raining heavily and warm, if it does freeze it can be entertaining , Is this one night or two nights?
Re Comment below if your keen to come if its Rain + rain I’m not

Sorry Liane I am making work
I have now resubmitted the form and marked it ”I will be attending the AGM online and rejoining online later for the guest speaker”

I have not explained well, I was asking if it was possible to listen on a telephone, as opposed to internet – computer, Its my use of the words dial in that is confusing. I was able to do this when jesse dufton gave a talk, but no matter if it can not be done.

I have submitted the reply Email to say I will not attend AGM, so apologies, or talk.
Will it be possible to dial into either?
