Logging meet
at Blaen y Nant

The time for the much anticipated logging meet is nearly upon us! For those who are new to the club, or who have never been one one, this meet is one of the foremost social events in the Mynydd calendar!
The lounge heating in the hut is proved by a wood fire ( a major attraction), and at the logging meet we chop and stack the odd ton or three of wood to fuel the fire throughout the year. Excellent fun and a brilliant release for pent up energy (or frustrations!)
At the end of the day we have a communal meal followed by a bonfire and fireworks- provided by the club- no need to bring your own.
Children are particularly welcome at this event- so bring them along!
Normal hut fees apply, and there will be a small charge to cover the cost of the meal and fireworks- so bring some cash!
