AFTER DINNER HANGOVER WALK – Sunday 24
A nice trot up and down the edge of Thornton Moor just a few miles south west of Skipton. It about 8 miles with 400 meters of ascent. Perfect for clearing the head and catching up with people we missed the day before.
Meet at 10.00 for a 10.30 start at a parking spot with no name ( SD 939472). We head through the woods, down the edge and across to the Leeds and Liverpool canal before heading south to Earby and back up the edge to the cars.
You’ll be sorry to hear we have no local knowledge which reduces (but doesn’t remove) the chance of getting lost.
