Full Moon Tuesday 24th November
Next Tuesday is the first Full Moon Tuesday of the winter, and to kick off in good style we are going to traverse Parkhouse Hill and Chrome Hill, near Earl Sterndale.
The Met Office are forecasting a colder spell next week, with the possibility of snow at lower levels, so we may even need crampons. Now that would be good, wouldn’t it?
Meet at Glutton Bridge SK 084 666 for a prompt 7 o’clock start. Please park discretely, and car share if possible.
The walk will take about two to two and a half hours. I will contact the pub and make sure they will be open when we get back
