Langdale Meet 15-17th September

The stunning weather over the bank holiday is but a foretaste, of the Indian summer we will enjoy in September.
So I am confidently expecting an impressive turn-out at the forthcoming Langdale meet!
We will be based at the Baysbrown campsite at Chapel Stile. It’s large site with plenty of room for us all, and I suggest we camp up towards the loo block on the right. It’s further to walk to the pub, but most of us visit the loos more often than the pub.
We will be there early so look out for our camper van- silver VW transporter YN07 FKP
You can’t book the site, but you could let me know if you are coming,
Or just turn up!
I don’t need to tell you of the climbing, walking and scrambling opportunities at Langdale- you already know!

Hi All,
as the promise of good weather is guaranteed for a India summer, it seems to good to pas up so I shall bring a tent, and a camper van [just in case]
Will be free from Friday morning if any one wants to climb – low grade stuff
