Logging meet 8th-9th November Blaen y Nant
The good news is that it’s almost time for our celebrated logging meet! This meet has two purposes, the primary one being to provide a year’s worth of logs for our much loved lounge fire. The second one is to have a good time.
The format is as always – a vigorous days wood splitting, followed by a beer or two in front of the fire followed by a hearty communal meal, then the bonfire and communal fireworks.
There will be a small charge to cover the cost of the meal and the fireworks, so bring some cash.£10ish. Children half price.
This is always a great meet, so particularly for those of you who have not yet got round to visiting our hut – now would be a good time for your first Blaen y Nant experience.
