For this years Scrambling meet we’ll be heading back to Ogwen Valley where there’s probably the best concentration of routes across the grades.
We’ll meet in the valley Saturday morning and camp at Gwern Gof Uchaf that night. At this time of year you can usually just show up and pitch up.
We’ll agree he routes as a group beforehand to suit weather and experience etc

Unfortunately this meet will no longer be going ahead due to lack of attendance. With only one person putting up their hand it wasn’t viable for David to run the weekend.
This may have been due to people not being available or potentially just a meet people aren’t keen for. It’s a shame if it’s the latter as last years meet had a great attendance and was really successful!
That said rather than lose a weekend if there is enthusiasm to do something AND we have someone willing to organise it I’m happy to run with a different meet. Feel free to reach out to me if you have an idea you’re willing to run with, even if it’s a day meet.
