Our second walk will start in Eyam. Parking at Hawkhill Road Free carpark SK 216 767 (just above the pay and display and opp the museum). The full walk is, about 12k, a little shorter than the november walk to allow for the earlier sunset. So to crib from the desription of the november walk, “an ambitious length and there’s no chance whatsoever that we’ll manage it”, except that we did. I haven’t planned any shortcuts but there might be some. See you at 10 for 10.30. Bring butties and a fiver for the pub/tea-room afterwards (oh wand a head torch in case of multiple outbreaks of faffing!)
