Meet at 10 for 10.30 in the car park at Birchen Clough Bridge on the A57 (110913). The walk is about 12k with a short cut if required. We’ll pop in the Snake Inn for a beer on the way back.

The B team scurried (or limped, in Catherine Elliot’s case – the only one with a decent excuse) off the hill early into driving snow. The A team may still be up there, or perhaps snowed in to the Snake Inn.
