The weather is influencing a change of venue once again.
Temperatures at Beeston will be soaring right now and all that heat will radiate back off the rock into your faces this evening! (and then, of course, there’s this year’s man-sized stinging nettles, and other assorted but unusually large vegetation, to negotiate to get there in the first place!).
I don’t ‘do’ facebook but there’s rumours of a small group heading to Earl Sterndale. East facing, so cooler, easy approach (15 seconds?) with a halfway decent selection of routes in generally easier grades.
‘Tuesday Nighters’ are at Willesley.
I’m not sure there’ll be anybody at Beeston.
Richard
P.S. It looks like they have decent temperatures in Chamonix as well.
