    Everyone should have received one by now as BMC agreed to send them all out again 2 weeks ago.
    Sammi, Dan and Alex S may have had theirs sent to their previous addresses, but BMC are up to date with that now. J

    As of this morning Eskdale campsite is officially full for vans and for tents and cars together.

    However – I spoke to Garry there who was very helpful;

    The meadow / Backpackers area has space (no cars but its only a 20 meter walk from car park) – thats where me and Tom are. Tim D is also booked with electric.
    Vans can probably be squeezed in but with no leccy. Dick and Dave phoning to confirm now.
    I get the impression that if you turn up in a van they will do their best to squeeze you in and campers can go in the meadow area.

    So if you want to go I suggest you call Garry on 01946 723253 asap – and mention me.

    Also, a new guy called Don may be coming. He’s not done that much climbing and may prefer to join any others who may be looking for something a bit less intimidating than the typical Gogarth day out – e.g. Holyhead mountain or other more beginner-friendly sea cliffs if there are any nearlby.

    Is anyone interested in sharing a car ? I’m planning to go from 27th May – 3rd June. Happy to drive, probably via Stranraer, but have not yet decided on the route, with it being a super busy bank holiday on the roads.. Will be booking the ferry soon to get the January discount..

    Dave, apologies for abandoning you but I despite asking on here twice, no-one said they were actually going, so took the opportunity to camp up by Llyn Bochlwyd, which was marvellous and went up Bristly ridge and over the Glyders and Y Garn on Sat and 3 routes on Idwal Slabs, the Cneifion Arête and Y Gribin to Glyder Fach again on Sunday. Lost my compass in the mist on Sat ! See you in Cham and hope Liz goes on ok..

    Since the forecast looks too wet / unsettled for climbing and I only know of one person planning to go (Ben Abell), I’m actually going to bail and do a bit of wild camping instead. J

    I’m planning to go up early on Friday – could be there from about 3. Is anyone else interested in either getting a couple of routes done on Shepherds if its dry and tolerably warm, or maybe a warm-up stroll somewhere if not ?
