StephenBParticipant
See you there 🙂
StephenBParticipantI’d like to eat at the Royal. Thanks for doing the organising.
Steve (Birchall)StephenBParticipantPaid, but can’t find a membership card so can’t put the number on the form on the internet site.
StephenBParticipantThere’s a little bit of information on the UKClimbing website. https://www.ukclimbing.com/logbook/crag.php?id=10765
StephenBParticipantThis pub looks good, it’s a pity it’s 10 miles from the site. Food & drink. https://www.altemuehle-matrei.at/de/

StephenBParticipantHope to be there. Lift offered/taken.
StephenBParticipant-Will prob. be there if the roads are OK.
StephenBParticipantSee you there, maybe only for the shortcut route.
StephenBParticipantUkclimbing has a bit of gen. on the rock climbing in the area. https://www.ukclimbing.com/logbook/map/
For big mountains, I wouldn’t mind a re-match with the Grand Paradiso (4061m). There appears to be a train station near to the camp site (if it is open) and it seems to go as far as Pre-St-Didier, (about a mile from Courmayeur). It might be handy if cars/vans aren’t available sometimes(?) It looks like there’s some rafting places in the valley too.StephenBParticipantWithout spending time reading up on this, it’s not obviuos to me why climb Britain would be a lot better than BMC.
StephenBParticipantMaybe, -I’ve some that might be suitable, but you’d probably need to have a look at them.
StephenBParticipantStephenBParticipantIt’s OK now, the owner has been found.
StephenBParticipantSee you there at about 10am. I’ll be there to help/climb with new people.
