Static caravan update. We currently have a reservation for this caravan which sleeps 4 in a double room and a twin room until 29th February at which point if not taken will be put on the open market. The caravan includes towels, bedding ,gas and electric. The reservation is from 25/5/24 – 1/6/24 for £650.
If anyone is interested on the caravan please give me a shout.
I will be putting full details of the meet in the February journal.There is now a static caravan available at the Gairloch Holiday Park.It is a brand new unit with a double and twin bedroom.It comes complete with bedding ,towels and gas/electric.It is available from 25/5/24 – 1/6/24 for £650.

TimI can now confirm there is no hook up at the site.
I have found a Camping and Caravan Club site very close to the campsite for tin tents who require a hook up,their phone number is 01855 811397 to make a booking.
TimHaving just returned from a recce for real ale and chippy`s in the area, all is well.
On arriving at the site we will be in an area adjacent to reception for those camping and tin tents not requiring a hook up, there are 4 hook ups available on the back wall of reception as well as adjacent hook up pitches for general site use.Depending on time of arrival reception may or may not be open so the plan is to pitch up and sort monies out on Sunday 27th.I am planning to be on site a couple of days early so should be able to have the pitch marked.
Ullapool has a Tesco close to the site and there is also a fuel station as you come into the town from the south.
I use Gary Latter`s Scottish Rock Volume 2 North guide book for climbing.
