I sent out the eNewsletter including the AGM notice, minutes of the last AGM, minutes of the EGM and audited accounts, which my email server promptly put in the junk mail folder – if it’s from comms.mynydd@gmail.com, it’s probably not spam.

Hi Andy,
Most email servers will deliver an email through to your inbox if it finds the originator address in your contacts. Andrew M does a nice line in pictorial tutorials which assist others (like me) with how to do this (he’s particular ‘hot’ on Whatsapp) but I’m not that clever!

I guess it does make sense that the Comms. Officer might have overlooked adding the comms.mynydd@gmail.com address in his contacts though? Else the problem is deeper?
