hi all i’ve totally worn out my pedal bearings on my racer. i’ve bought some new pedals but can’t get the old ones off. they are really solid and no amount of sweat and swearing can budge them. i’ve read the instructions and am undoing in the correct direction for each pedal. does anyone have a tool to get them off? they need the usual slot type tool or a hex key. i’ve tried both with no joy. reply or call me to offer help/advice. thanks ian 07710 443318

    Hi Ian
I’ve got a pedal spanner you can borrow – I think it’s 15mm but narrow to fit between the crank and the pedal. If they are seized on solid then either penetrating oil (3 in 1 stylee) *OR* heat. I’ll be at Awesome Walls tomorrow night, if you want the spanner, let me know
