Catherine Elliott has kindly agreed to lead this walk for me. It’s a Kinder classic and we’ve not done it for a while.
Meet at Barber Booth car park (108848) at 10 for 10.30 start. We’re off up the sporting Crowden Clough scramble, along the edge and down Jacobs Ladder. It just short of 10k with 500m of ascent. You’ll be back in plenty of time for a beer in the Norfolk Arms before the AGM starts at 17.00.
Have a wonderful time – it’s one of my favourites and I’m sorry to miss it.

Quite a bit of snow in Sheffield overnight and more in the Peak so I’m cancelling the walk – it’s going to be too treacherous to get there.
