If you haven’t received the email sent out on 8th August concerning room booking arrangements for the Annual Dinner, please check your spam/junk mail folders and add the email address to your trusted contacts.

Good Morning Mynydd Members,

Another email has been sent this morning with further details for the Annual Dinner, and the information has been duplicated on the Members’ Area here: https://mynydd.org.uk/annual-dinner-2021/

If you are not receiving emails/ cannot log in to the website etc, please email me at comms.mynydd@gmail.com so that I have a record of the problem and can look into it/ recruit appropriate technical expertise to do so.

If you have not received today’s email, please try the below:

“Sign in to Google Groups (https://groups.google.com/my-groups)
Click the name of a group (Mynydd Climbing Club).
On the left, click My membership settings.
Under Subscription, choose option:
Each email—Messages sent individually as they’re posted to the group.
Click Save changes.
You can also join the group with an email account from another email service.

Another possible cause is an email block. Some email services block mail from Google Groups. You can turn off the block feature within your email provider to remove the block.”

Good evening all,

A further email has been sent this evening with details of how to book your place for the Annual Dinner, and the information has been duplicated on the Members’ Area here: https://mynydd.org.uk/annual-dinner-2021/

It appears that we may need to look at alternative email distribution services given emails are not consistently being received by all members. Any important information will be made available on the Members’ Area.
