Ravensdale is normally bird banned until the end of June. Will the Covid ban be lifted before the Covid ban?

Shouldn’t the club embrace this opportunity and also rebrand? Our name suggests that we are always’climbing’ in Wales. As the consultation exercise by the BMC has shown this will deter most people from joining. Perhaps we could be called Climb New Mills with a strap line to show what we do – something like climb grit, climb Peaks, climb the walls.
Kirstin prefers a simpler ‘Hills New Mills’.
Perhaps we should have an EGM to discuss this in August – during one of the day meets on 20/21?

The road is being resurfaced at the junction by the Robin Hood so will be closed from 19:00. Walking in from the north will avoid the road closure and might tempt some away from Apple Buttress.
Given the weather today it looks like Awesome Walls Stockport will be see more Mynydd than popular Stanage Popular.
Pragers are coming. Let us know if it is too late notice and we will get our own food. Otherwise 1 x meat, 2 x children’s meat & 1 x veggie.
